Alića Gaj Ilijaš ekapija.baLast year the Ilijaš Municipality published a Public Contest for the sale of undeveloped urban construction land in Ilijaš for the construction of individual residential facilities in accordance with the concept of the Regulatory plan Alića Gaj.

So far, ten locations have been sold via public bidding. Residential facilities compliant with the regulatory plan have already been constructed at three of those locations. Process of obtaining construction and other permits needed for the completion of construction is in progress for the remaining locations. The new settlement Alića Gaj might soon look as the Ilijaš Municipality presented it through the Public contest and the Regulatory Plan.

“Interest of the citizens in constructing facilities at this locality is increasing, due to both the proximity of the capital and at the same time being far from the city crowd,” stated the Department of Property and Legal Affairs of the Municipality of Ilijaš.

The Department also highlighted that another Public Contest for the sale of the remaining land shall be published by the end of the year.

Up to 45 residential facilities can be constructed at the abovementioned location.
