13082141_1759960960907247_754092364_n“Srebrenica today” is the title of the exhibition by Dejan Petrovic, which was last night, in the organization of ERSTE Foundation from Austria, opened in the Centre for Culture of Mostar.

The exhibition is composed of 8 posters, which together with photos, portraits of the citizens of Srebrenica, contain their stories as well.

Each photograph is accompanied by texts of celebrities who wrote about how they see Srebrenica today, how this city has developed in the past 20 years and what the future of this city might look like. The authors of the texts are: Haris Pasovic, Jasmila Zbanic, Doraja Eberle, Wolfgang Petritsch, Erhard Busek, Bojana Pejic, Slavenka Drakulic and Boris Buden.

“The intention of this exhibition is to contribute to overcoming the past and differences, and to jointly build a dialogue and the future,” said Deputy Ambassador of Austria to BiH, Dr. Wolfgang Thill.

The exhibition was presented in Sarajevo so far, and after Mostar, it is planned to be displayed in Prijedor, Tuzla, Bihac, Trebinje, Brcko, Bijeljina, Banja Luka, Foca and Zenica.
