The Federation of B&H: The Number of Employees increased compared to the Last Year’s Average

zanimanjaNumber of employees in the Federation of B&H has been increased by 1 % compared to the last year’s average, as reported from the Federal Office of Statistics.

The total number of employees in the FB&H amounted to 448,232 in April this year, which represents an increase by 0.4% in the number of employees in comparison to the previous month.

Compared to the annual average number of employees from 2014, this represents an increase by 1.0 % in the number of employees.

Currently, the largest number of employees in the FB&H is in the manufacturing industry and amounts to 85,614 employees, and in the trade and similar businesses there is currently 79,854 workers employed.

In the sector of Public administration and defense currently works 48,884 employees, and almost 42,000 workers are employed in the sector for education.

The lowest numbers of workers are employed in the sector of real estate business, where currently is working less than 2,000 workers.
