The first AnadoluJet plane on the Istanbul-Sarajevo route landed at the Sarajevo International Airport today, and a traditional water salute was organized on that occasion.

AnadoluJet operates as part of Turkish Airlines, and as of today it has started flights between Sarajevo and Istanbul but will fly to Sabiha Gokcen Airport, which is located on the Asian side of Istanbul.

AnadoluJet will have flights three times a week on Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays with a Boeing 737-800 that will offer 189 seats.

AnadoluJet has a special promotion of return tickets on the route Sarajevo-Istanbul-Sarajevo from 59 euros. This special offer will be available until March 31st.

Tickets can also be purchased at the Sarajevo International Airport ticket counter, as well as online via the official website of Sarajevo International Airport.

In addition to Istanbul, the company plans to introduce flights to resorts on the Turkish coast of Antalya and Bodrum.

Flights to Antalya will start in mid-May and will initially take place three times a week, while from the end of July they should start with daily flights to this destination.

Flights from Bodrum to Sarajevo will be operating twice a week from the beginning of June, the Sarajevo International Airport announced.

AnadoluJet operates as a regional airline and operates domestic flights for its parent company, as well as flights to Northern Cyprus, Western European countries and the Middle East.
