The First Flight from Sarajevo to Moscow on 20th December 2013

Moskovia-AirlinesThe Sarajevo International Airport has an arrangement with the Russian airlines “Moskovia Airlines” to open the airline route Moscow -Sarajevo -Moscow in December.

The company “Moskovia Airlines” plans to starts the flights during the winter time, by the second half of December until 29th March 2014, once a week, on Fridays.

“According to the announcement, the first flight will be on the 20th December of this year. The departure from Moscow is scheduled for 11:00 (local time) and landing in Sarajevo, at 11:00 am (local time). The return from Sarajevo is scheduled for 12:00 and landing in Moscow at 18:00 (also local time). It is emphasized the time difference between Moscow and Sarajevo is 3 hours”, stated the Assistant for Public Relations Sabina Kovač.

But that’s not all when it comes to flights from Sarajevo, since “BH Airlines” is working on the introduction of the airline to Belgrade, which should start in early December. “BH Airlines” will have flights from Sarajevo with ATR 72 aircraft at 6 and will return the same day at 9:35. Flights will be four times a week. “Air Serbia” company has flights from Belgrade -Sarajevo -Belgrade every day in the afternoons.
