Around 100 cyclists from different parts of B&H visited Počitelj, Mogorjelo, Žitomislići, Šurmanci, Blagaj and Mostar on Sunday, within the framework of the cycling event “Tour de Culture of B&H”, which was held for the first time in B&H.
The aim of the tour is to draw attention to the cultural heritage of B&H, non-motorized transport, as well as environmental protection.
At each of the locations that were visited, cyclists could hear something about their tradition, taste the food and drinks, learn about the music and dance etc. The tour was longer than 50 kilometers.
The first “Tour de Culture” in our country was organized by the Foundation of Cultural Heritage without Borders (CHwB) in cooperation with their partners.
The places which the cyclists visited last Sunday are unique in this part of Europe, as stated from the Foundation.
