On Friday, in the area of the Professional Fire Department of Zenica, a naval fire truck was handed over, which was purchased for the purpose of improving the system of protection and rescue of people and material goods in the area of the city of Zenica.
The Mayor of Zenica, Fuad Kasumovic, reiterated that the intention of the City Administration, which he manages, is to improve the protection and rescue system, as well as to provide the protection and rescue services with adequate equipment for their work.
”This vehicle is the most modern and most equipped vehicle of its kind in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH). What makes me particularly happy is the fact that the vehicle was produced in our country, in accordance with European standards,” said Mayor Kasumovic.
Assistant Mayor for Civil Protection, Muamer Kovac, pointed out that the value of the vehicle is around 600,000 BAM, and that it was purchased from dedicated funds by the Decision of the Civil Protection Staff of the City of Zenica.
”It is certainly a vehicle that can respond to all needs on the ground, and which will serve the needs of the citizens of Zenica, but in case of need, also to help the population BiH,” noted Kovac.
The vehicle was purchased from Su-Ad Zivinice. Company owner Suad Beslic posted on Facebook.
”A new fire truck type TLF 4000 was delivered and handed over for use by the Civil Protection in the city of Zenica. I would like to thank Mayor Fuad Kasumovic for his trust and support in the development and implementation of the project. I wish the Civil Protection Service headed by Mr. Muamer Kovac good luck in using the new fire truck and that they have as little work as possible,” Beslic wrote.
He added that every dream can become a reality if a person firmly believes in his success.
