In the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA), the hearing of the President of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ranko Debevac, and the former director of the Intelligence and Security Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Osman Mehmedagić, who were arrested yesterday in Sarajevo, is still ongoing.

In addition to Debevac and Mehmedagić, lawyer Vasvija Vidović, who is the defense attorney of the President of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, is also at the SIPA hearing.

SIPA adds that they will be handed over to the BiH Prosecutor’s Office today. That should happen today by 4 pm.

Let us remind you that SIPA members arrested Debevac and Mehmedagić in Sarajevo yesterday on the order of the BiH Prosecutor’s Office.

Debevec and Mehmedagić are suspected of criminal acts of abuse of position, connected with other criminal acts from the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, announced the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Srna writes.
