General Polutak informed Izetbegović about the activities of the Association, especially emphasizing its importance in promoting the truth about the Bosnian war from 1992-1995 and the facts about the formation and development of the Army of B&H.

They jointly stated that they should work on preventing frequent attempts at falsifying one of the hardest but most glorious periods of our history, especially of those who are in the function of amnestying the aggression to our country. They also stated that the Association for the Protection of the heritage of the struggle for B&H and other army associations should play a crucial role in this process.

On this occasion, General Polutak gave Izetbegović his book  entitled ”How we defended Bosnia and Herzegovina”.
