Construction of a number of different facilities will start on the property across the Hotel Marshall, which will include underground parking and business premises.

One of the investors is the company “Duljevic”. “Our object has the best position on Bjelasnica, it is located in the center and has a unique view on the ski resort, and we will have fourteen modern apartments and several business units. Construction will start these days, and completion of all works is expected in September this year.
