”The Representatives of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) expect to reach an agreement in the following few days with the authorities of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The agreement should be reached on the topic retired veterans and the topic of the payment of the new tranche by the end of the year, within the stand-by arrangement” said Ruben Atoyan, the representative of the IMF in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Atoyan also emphasized that the condition for the payment of the new tranche is near 120 million BAM combined with the implementation of the state and entity budget.
Atoyan said that they will resolve the remaining issues during the following several days. This could help the Executive Committee of IMF to take into consideration the first review according to the stand-by arrangement by the end of this year. If the process of resolving issues, in any case, takes a lot of time, then the review will be taken into consideration in 2013.
