Police officers from the Kakanj Police Station today, based on the order of the Municipal Court in Kakanj, searched the apartment and ancillary facilities in Almira Hasagića Street in Kakanj used by F.S., born in 1981, from Kakanj, where they found and confiscated drugs, weapons, ammunition and money.
The search found a powdery substance that looks like the narcotic drug “speed” weighing 28 grams, a plant substance that looks like the narcotic drug “marijuana” weighing 16.3 grams, three hand-made guns, 360 pieces of ammunition of various calibers, money in the amount of BAM 8,040, and other items.
Disputed matter and items are exempt and will be the subject of necessary expert reports, and will be used as evidence in further proceedings.
Due to the existence of grounds for suspicion that he has committed the criminal offenses of “unauthorized production and placing on the market of narcotic drugs”, “illegal possession of weapons or explosive substances” from the Criminal Code of the FBiH and the criminal offense from Article 52 of the Law on the Acquisition, Possession, and Carrying of Weapons and Ammunition of the Zenica-Doboj Canton, the person F.S. was deprived of his liberty and criminal proceedings were instituted against him.
All the actions undertaken were carried out under the supervision of the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of Zenica-Doboj Canton, and the officers of the Kakanj Police Station continue their work on documenting the criminal acts in question, and upon completion of the case, a report will be submitted to the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of Zenica-Doboj Canton, announced the ZDK MUP.
