Predrag Kojovic, the president of Nasa Stranka (Our Party), resigned from this position on Friday.

"Kojovic did not resign due to the conflict with Irma Baralija, whom he criticized for the joke she posted on her Facebook profile, and it concerned the visit of Benjamina Karic, the mayor of Sarajevo to the mayors of Banja Luka and Mostar, but for personal reasons," it was stated to Nezavisne, with the information that there will be an official announcement soon.

When asked whether it is true that Irma Baralija, the vice president of Nasa stranka, also resigned, and then withdrew from "Nezavisne novine", it was said that this did not happen, although everything is discussed in this party.

"There was never any talk of the resignation of Irma Barlija, the vice president of Our Party," they say in Nasa stranka.

Kojovic himself confirmed to the "Fena" agency that he had resigned and that it was of a private nature. Kojovic was elected president of this political option for the first time on May 16, 2015, and on May 18, 2019, he was re-elected.

Kojovic is also the representative of Nasa stranka in the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH.
