Princess Charlene of Monaco has sparked rumors of a divorce from Prince Albert after being spotted without her wedding ring.

The two attended the funeral of former French minister Didier Guillaume last week. Social media was flooded with comments after people noticed that she was no longer wearing her wedding ring.

Earlier this week, she was seen at a celebration held in honor of Saint Devota, the patron saint of Corsica and Monaco. This time, she wore black gloves, which fueled further speculation.

The two met in 2000. They married in 2011 and had twins in 2014 – Princess Gabriella and heir apparent Jacques.

At the end of 2021, Charlene was hospitalized at a Swiss clinic due to emotional and physical exhaustion, where she spent several months. Information about her health remains shrouded in secrecy, and many believe that exhaustion resulted from Albert trying to control her. Because of this, she has been dubbed “the saddest princess in the world.”

He previously said in an interview that she voluntarily chose to seek treatment and that all family members supported her decision, Klix.ba writes.
