Željezničar and Sarajevo played to a 0:0 draw on Saturday evening at Grbavica stadium, in the 158th eternal derby within the 27th round of the WWin League of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The meeting took place in a dynamic and fighting game, but without many opportunities. Both teams played cautiously without taking too many risks. Željezničar shook Sarajevo’s net, but the goal was disallowed after the intervention of VAR.

In the first half, Sarajevo had a slight field initiative and more possession, but the defense of Željeznicar was up to the task. The guests from Koševo had two chances, through Carlos and Gojković after a mistake by Muftić, but the result did not change. On the other hand, the local football players were harmless for the defense of Sarajevo.

In the second half, Željezničar started a bit more offensively and managed to score a goal in the 49th minute through Pejić, which was canceled after a VAR review due to Odinaka’s foul on Mujkić at the beginning of the action.

Alić also had an opportunity to score ten minutes later, but the defender of Željeznicar shot wide from a good position.

In the 75th minute, Vinicius broke through on the left side and entered Sarajevo’s penalty area and sent the ball to the penalty spot where Prokop ran but shot over the goal.

Kyeremeh had a good chance for Sarajevo, but his shot was blocked by Seedorf.

By the end of the match, Odinak also had a chance to break through on the right side, but his shot was saved by goalkeeper Banić, and the third derby this season ended goalless, Fena reports.
