At the only ski resort in the Zenica-Doboj canton, Ponijeri near Kakanj, enough snow has fallen in the past three days, so skiing is available from yesterday.
The Public Utility Company Cultural and Sports Center (JU KSC) Kakanj, which manages this ski resort, said that skiing at Ponijeri can begin.
“Our team is currently on the field and we are working hard to prepare the ski season so that we can start working tomorrow and officially open the ski season,” it was said two days ago from the JU KSC Kakanj.
There was half-day skiing yesterday from 1 to 4 p.m. and night skiing from 6 to 9 p.m.
“Our team is currently preparing the parking lot and the toboggan run. Don’t forget that we also offer accommodation in the Eco house for all those interested,” added the JU KSC Kakanj.
The price of half-day and night skiing at Ponijeri near Kakanj is 10 BAM, while the price of an overnight stay in the apartments of Eco house Ponijeri is 40 BAM per person, Klix.ba reports.
