The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Republika Srpska (RS) has activated the Counter-Terrorism Task Force in connection with a video that has allegedly been circulating on social media since Monday, in which a masked person asks: “Who will kill Milorad Dodik for one million euros?”.
Namely, the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), which is in charge of the procedure, was soon informed about the mentioned video, and the RS Ministry of the Internal Affairs has started collecting information about it, which it was supposed to share with the competent authorities.
Shortly afterward, RS Interior Minister Dragan Lukac said the video was filmed at a catering facility in Sarajevo.
“The Ministry of Internal Affairs of RS located the location of the shooting, and pointed out that everything was prepared and edited, which is why the Ministry of Internal Affairs took all necessary measures,” Lukac said, adding that the RS Ministry of Internal Affairs and other relevant police agencies in BiH are working to find out who directed it all and what was the reason.
But all this great panic accompanied by the involvement of police structures throughout the country could have been avoided if only someone had remembered to look at the date of publication of the video and then contact the author.
This video was published on YouTube on February 20th, 2020, and the author, under the pseudonym “Super Daki”, describes it as a “classic social experiment”.
