Mayor of Brcko District in Bosnia-Herzegovina Sinisa Milic signed contracts for the construction, rehabilitation or reconstruction of housing units for thirteen beneficiaries of the BH4 subproject, which is being implemented within the State Housing Project in the District.

During the signing ceremony, Milic said that the beneficiaries could soon expect the contractor to start the project so these families could finally get a roof over their heads.

Milic explained that this program covers Bosnia-Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro and Croatia, funded by Council of Europe Development Bank worth around 450,000 BAM.

“Department for Displaced Persons, Refugees and Housing has prepared the necessary preconditions for the implementation of this project and after the signing, the contractor starts with the works. I believe that these thirteen families will get their homes very soon,” Milic said, Fena news agency reports.
