Minister of Industry, Energy and Mining of RS Željko Kovačević said that he is optimistic about the construction of three small hydro power plants on the Čehotina river in Foča.
He noted that the value of the investment is 87 million BAM.
He added that he hopes that the government of RS will sign a treaty of concession with the Italian company which founded its own company in the RS.
