mediaChairman of the Council of Minister Denis Zvizdić congratulated May 3, the World Press Freedom Day, to all journalists.

“Respected journalists, on behalf of the Council of Ministers of BiH and myself personally I would like to congratulate the World Press Freedom Day to all of you, wishing that the freedom of expression increases every day,” Zvizdić said.

Zvizdić added that he supports the journalists in sharing the justice, in the freedom of expression, and in objective informing of the citizens.

“We are aware that there is no free press without free journalists. We also know that without free media there is no fight against corruption, criminal, terrorism and all kinds of extremism and other irregularities,” Zvizdić said.

Zvizdić highlighted that the Council of Ministers of BiH will provide support in achieving the joint and fair goals, because only entirely free and professional journalists can contribute to better informing and strengthening of democracy.
