Podravka to build a factory in BiH

The construction of a Podravka factory should be started near Mostar soon, and fruits and vegetables produced in this area should be processed in that factory. The new factory in BiH would work 365 days a year and it will produce a dry tomato concentrate for the factory of Podravka in Koprivnica and the final tomato products and all types of jams made of apple, fig, plum, apricot etc. They would export to all countries of the region, as well as a majority of European countries and Russia.

 

Indirect tax revenues increased

Revenues from indirect taxes amounted to 4 billion and 266 million BAM in the first seven months in 2018, which is an increase of 357 million BAM or 9.14 % in comparison to the same period of the year of 2017. ITA BiH collected a total of 688 million BAM of indirect taxes only in July 2018, which is by 69 million BAM more in comparison to July 2017.

 

523 new workplaces in Donji Vakuf

A total of 523 persons were employed in the period from January 1 to June 30, this year, in the area of Donji Vakuf, who were in the records of Employment Bureau in that city. Between 250-300 people were employed in the newly opened company “Olip”. Moreover, a large number of workers were employed in some local companies.

 

Shad Invest got 20 million EUR worth job

Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to BiH, Hani bin Abdullah Mominah, signed the Agreement on the construction of the building of Embassy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with the owner of Shad Invest Ltd. Sulejman Al-Shidhi. This building will be constructed on Wilson’s promenade, on a surface of 5,000 square meters, and the value of the project amounted to 20 million EUR.

 

Grawe purchased Atos Insurance

Representatives of the insurance company “Grawe” signed more than 23 million BAM worth contract with “MG Minda”, with which the Austrian company officially took over the “Atos” insurance company from Bijeljina. “MG Mind” from Mrkonjic Grad is the owner of 99.6 % of the shares of “Atos”.
