jasmila ž.A new featured film directed by Jasmila Žbanić “For Those Who Can Tell No Tales” will have its world premiere at the International Film Festival in Toronto, which will be held from 5th  to 15th  September this year, announced the organizers  of the festival.

New achievement of BiH winner of the Golden Bear talks about Kym, a tourist from Australia who came to BiH and decides that part of her vacation to pass in Višegrad. After a sleepless night at the hotel “Vilina Vlas”, Kym reveals crimes that occurred there during the war. What she gets to know there changes her life forever ..

The film of Žbanić will be screened in Toronto in the context of the festival section “Special Presentations“, in which will be presented new creations of Steve Mq Queen, Agnieszka Holland, Ralph Fiennes, Stephen Frears, Andrzej Wajda, François Ozon …

The publication from organizers of  TIFF in the local film circles for many was a surprise, considering the fact that Žbanić film “For Those Who Can Tell No Tales” was recorded in silence and without any media promotion, and in recent months a lot more was talked about her achievement “Island of Love” which her last record was just a few days ago in Poreč.
