Total Amount of collected Cow’s Milk recorded Decrease in BiH

In July of 2019 the total amount of collected cow’s milk decreased by 1,6% in relation with the same period of 2018. Production of drinking milk increased by 3,9%, acidified milk by 13,1% and butter and other yellow fat products by 27,5%, while the production of cream decreased by 1,9% and cow’s cheese by 1,5% in relation with the same period of 2018.

According to data from BiH’s Agency for Statistics, the total amount of milk fat decreased by 0,8%, while the total amount of milk protein increased by 4,0% in relation with the same period of 2018.

The number of eggs placed in hatcheries in July of 2019 decreased by 10,48% in relation with the same period of 2018.
The total number of hatched day-old chicks in hatcheries during July of 2019 increased by 1,55% in relation with the same period of 2018.
