Tourist Workers in BiH are very satisfied with the Season

The number of tourist visits to Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) so far is higher than those from 2022, which is particularly pleasing to all tourism workers in our country.

Natural beauty is, most often, what attracts many tourists, and the Una-Sana Canton (USC) can boast of such beauty, which is a popular destination among tourists from the region, but also from all continents.

Clean air, land, drinking and medicinal water springs, moderate climate… According to unofficial information, 20 percent more overnight stays were achieved in this canton compared to last year.

The owners of hotels, motels, apartments, restaurants, and cafes are also satisfied with the number of tourists, but also with their spending… Adis Vukovic is the owner of several catering establishments, as well as the Bihac Motel.

“The USC and Bihac have a lot to offer tourists. For further development, it is necessary that we all work together, the competent institutions and all the owners of motels, hotels, and catering facilities, to make our region an even more attractive tourist destination. There is no end to our happiness when we see people from all continents in our facilities who are satisfied with our offer and service. Our Bihac motel received high reviews from all visitors. When arriving at the motel, guests receive cards with a code and this principle of unlocking according to European standards makes the stay easier. There is a cafe within the motel, free parking, and there is also a large market,” says Adis Vukovic.

Just some of the sights and beauties of Bihac are the Captain’s Tower, the Fethija Mosque, the Bihac Sarcophagus, Japodski otoci (Japod Islands), the Bihac City Island and the “Girl from Una”, the Old Town of Sokolac, Strbacki Buk waterfall, Kostelski Buk waterfall…

Furthermore, Cazin also has many natural beauties and sights for which it is famous. Cazin is also known in our country as a bright example of how a city can be clean and simply shine with orderliness. This city, in recent years, has experienced a real renaissance when it comes to caring for environmental protection, but also a systemic solution for maintaining cleanliness.

Cazin and its beauties have been sung in numerous songs. Cazin was an inspiration to many artists, painters, directors… The existence of Cazin throughout history is evidenced by the remains of prehistoric and medieval heritage. The remains of the old fortress of Ostrozac, Pecigrad, Radetina Kula, Stijena, and Trzac dominate the city and its surroundings and are part of the interesting tourist offers, but the most beautiful and impressive is the Ostrozac castle, built in the neo-Gothic style. It is also one of the main tourist attractions of the USC, Biznis Info reports.
