‘Designer on the Road’, after visiting over 25 countries, is coming to B&H as a guest of the agency Via Media, where he will stay and work for three weeks.
The Sarajevo and B&H public will have the chance to follow the work of an unconventional artist from Istanbul for the next three weeks.
Three years ago, Cagri Cankaya replaced a secure job as Art Director of a larg advertising agency in Istanbul for the position of a traveling designer who decided to do his job through traveling and visiting various design studios that are ready to cooperate in an avant-garde way.
Cagri Cankaya believes that this way of working allows him to let his creativity run wild and to destroy the borders of what is considered possible. This 29 year old artist and adventurist has already managed to include a number of world-famous companies in his portfolio, such as Alfa Romeo, Burger King, Danone, Hillside, Ivec and others, and his motto is to do what you love in the way that you love and what brings the best results. Through this innovative way of working, Cankaya has achieved work experience with companies that deal with graphic design, gaming software, marketing, advertising designs, publishing and printing.
