‘Trebevic Eco-Fest’ to promote Tourism Potential of this Resort

Manifestation “Trebevic eco-fest”, which will be organized by tourist organizations and cities of East Sarajevo and Sarajevo, as well as the Association “Trebeko” that will work on the promotion of the tourist potential of this site, will take place from August 25 to 27.

“We have a common interest and we agree that the development of tourism is important for all of us,” said the Mayor of East Sarajevo, Nenad Vukovic.

“Trebevic experienced a great expansion and all investors who are investing in this resort are welcome. Obviously, we have a common interest and we agree that the development of tourism is important for all of us,” noted Vukovic.

The Mayor of Sarajevo, Abdulah Skaka, noted that cities of East Sarajevo and Sarajevo will be organizers of one of the most important events after the Winter Olympics in 1984, the Youth Olympics – EYOF 2019.

Zeljko Antonic, the president of the Association “Trebeko”, which is dealing with environmental protection, stated that this association is trying to introduce citizens to healthy habits and lifestyle.

According to him, numerous ecological and sporting activities will be organized during the festival, including workshops, presentations, competitions etc.

The director of Tourist Organization of the East Sarajevo Brankica Spasojevic noted that this kind of event will contribute to the further development of tourism on Trebevic Mountain, as well as the entire city.

The director of the Tourist Organization of Canton Sarajevo Nermin Muzur stated that the tourist offer will be further enriched and the infrastructure of the resort will be improved at the same time.
