Eco Zone Vlasic is not a Questionable Investment

Director of the company HeritageBalkan Anela Yalinpala, who is also the representative of the consortium for the realization of the project of Eco Zone Vlasic-Koricani, stated that conversations on the topic of realization of this, 4.2 billion EUR worth, project will be continued at the end of January.

Yalinpala said that she talked with the project manager Zoran Vujinovic in March 2017 and that they received the confirmation on funding two months later.

“We attended a meeting with Prime Minister Lend and received all necessary instructions. We sent a letter of intent to the Government of the FBiH and Minister Cvijanovic in the RS, and Bojan Obradovic was not on the list. We contacted the authorities of BiH and the RS in September last year. This is not a questionable investment,” noted Yalinpala.

She also added that earlier figures on the number of newly employed people are a bit unrealistic and that they will open 600-800 new workplaces for the construction of the airport and hospital.

“HeritageTurk has 11 constructed airports, so this is not the first project that we are realizing. Eco Zone Vlasic does not have a state guarantee and it was adopted by the investors as such. We have a lot of questions and negotiations that will be continued with investors and Tomix Ltd. at the end of January. This project will be implemented in phases, and we are not part of any kind of pre-election campaign,” stated Yalinpala.

To recall, the project of Eco Zone Vlasic-Koricani was presented back in 2016, and the next step is the meeting with the relevant state authorities at which investors will get the information on whether they have support from the state and whether they will proceed with the investment of that project or wait for some time.
