Naser Orić Trial tuzlalive.baAccording to the schedule on the official webpage of the Court of B&H, trial for the wartime commander of Srebrenica Naser Orić is to begin on Tuesday, January 26.

This will also be a trial for Orić’s fellow fighter Sabahudin Muhić. The two of them are accused of crime against Serb prisoners at the territory of Srebrenica and Bratunac in 1992.

On September 9 last year, the Court of B&H confirmed three charges in the indictment against Orić and Muhić for crime against war prisoners. Precisely, they are charged with killing three prisoners of Serb nationality, Slobodan Ilić, Milutin Milošević and Mitar Savić, at the localities of Zalazje, Lolići and Kunjerac in 1992.

The accused pleaded not guilty before the Court of B&H on October 19.
