While the President of the Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik hoped that Donald Trump will change the decision on the sanctions that are imposed on him after he takes office of the US President, it did not happen. The US Department of Finance has confirmed the sanctions Dodik.
Trump administration announced that the sanctions are up to date, which means that the decision of 17th January to put Dodik on the blacklist is confirmed.
Earlier, Dodik announced that he will explain to the new administration that none of his statements challenges the Dayton Agreement, but it seems that it will not be necessary.
