US President Donald Trump said that great progress has been made in terms of ending the conflict between Russia and Ukraine.
“We have made great progress with Russia, Ukraine, we will see what happens. We have to stop this ridiculous war,” Trump told reporters at the White House.
He said that he wants to secure the supply of rare earth minerals to the US and that he wants Ukraine to deliver them.
According to him, Kiev is ready to do this.
Trump signed an executive order officially appointing Keith Kellogg as his special envoy for Ukraine and Russia.
