Tuka won Sixth Place in the 800-meter final race at the Tokyo Olympics

The best bh. athlete Amel Tuka, won sixth place in the 800-meter race final at the Tokyo Olympics.

Tuka opened the race well, at the beginning he kept a step behind the leader, but after 400 meters he lost a step and only in the finish he managed to improve his position and reach the sixth position.

Emmanuel Korir from Kenya won the gold medal with a time of 1: 45.06, in second place was his compatriot Ferguson Rotich, who ran 1: 45.23.

Sensational Patryk Dobek finished in third place (1: 45.39), and our Amel finished the race in sixth place with a time of 1: 45.98.
Peter Bol (1: 45.92) and Adrian Ben (1: 45.96) also finished ahead of Tuka.

We remind you that Tuka secured a place in the finals by taking the second position in his qualifying group, which took him to the grand final, and he finished the race with a time of 1: 44.53, which was also his best result of the season, Klix.ba reports.
