12968596_1755163911386952_155166723_nDenis Zvizdic, Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BiH, assessed the several-day visit of the delegation of BiH to Turkey this week as extremely successful and, according to him, the confirmation of good, quality and friendly relations between the two countries.

Zvizdic also said that new opportunities for our producers are opening up in the field of energy, transport, agriculture, military industry, food industry and tourism. The good news is that there is willingness of Turkey to significantly increase the previously agreed amount of import of meat.

“Further export of red meat to Turkey was agreed in the capacity of 6,000 tons of refrigerated and 1,000 tons of thermally processed meat, which allows us to continue a long-term plan for development of this sector of agriculture. Turkey will be ready very soon to increase the export by up to 15,000 tons,” emphasized Zvizdic.

Minister of Tourism and Environmental Protection of FBiH Edita Dapo, added Zvizdic, made very important contacts. Also, Turkey will put all of its commercial offices in the world on disposal to BiH, where our country does not have any. Moreover, in the upcoming period, Turkish companies in BiH are planning to increase their production and the number of employees, for example, in “Natron” in Maglaj and in the company “Soda So” Lukavac.

He emphasized that Turkey showed interest in the process of privatization in BiH.

“We agreed on the projects and participation on all tenders that will be published in the energy sector, especially in the sector of transport and communications regarding the highway and they will be happy to participate in all projects of privatization that are carried out by the Government of FBiH or the Government of RS in the future,” said Zvizdic.
