During the worst times, Sarajevo and its citizens came out as winners. They will also defeat COVID-19. It was posted on Facebook by prof. Bilgin Sait, an internal medicine specialist from Turkey, who is currently staying in Sarajevo.

He and doc. dr. Siran Keske came to share their experiences with the medical team of the General Hospital, at the invitation of Haris Vranic, Minister of Health of Canton Sarajevo (CS).

“I thank Minister Vranic, the wonderful staff of the Sarajevo General Hospital, many of my amazing friends from all over Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), and my hero, dr. Gavrankapetanovic, ” wrote a doctor from the prestigious American Hospital in Istanbul.

The General Hospital has been working under the program of the American Hospital in Istanbul for almost three months now, and the goal of this visit is to further improve the experiences.

With a smile emoticon, prof. Sait also noted that he would like to meet Elmedin Konakovic.

“Some media report that I am his doctor, so it’s about time to meet him,” told Sait, who also emphasized that he was vaccinated in Istanbul, Klix.ba writes.
