Yesterday, the Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina Bisera Turkovic received, in the inaugural visit, the Ambassador of the United States of America to Bosnia and Herzegovina Michael Murphy.
During the talks, the importance of the continuity of friendly and partnership relations between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the United States was emphasized. Minister Turkovic once again emphasized the help and support that the United States has provided to our country over the past decades.
The interlocutors also discussed the current political situation in BiH and the region, the reform process, Euro-Atlantic integration and issues of state functioning, and strengthening institutions in the fight against corruption.
Minister Turkovic wished Ambassador Murphy a successful mandate in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
