Tuzla Airport is First in Number of Passengers per Flight

tuzlanski_aerodromThe State Agency for Civil Aviation has published statistical data on airline transport for February and March of this year. Sarajevo Airport had the biggest number of passengers in regard to the total number of passengers.

It is interesting that Tuzla airport has the highest number of passengers per flight since Wizzair airline was established. The total number of passengers was 6.455 in February, while the average number of passengers per flight was 134.48. 7277 was the total number of passengers in March, while the average number of passengers per flight was 134.76.

Sarajevo Airport transported 35165 passengers in February, with an average of 51,04 passengers per flight, while in March the average number of passengers per flight was 58,41 and the total number of passengers was 45387.

Banja Luka airport has the smallest aircraft occupancy that in February recorded 11.17 passengers per flight with a total number of 1298 passengers. A slight increase was recorded in March with 11.76 passengers per flight and 1483 total number of passengers.

 Moreover, two new destinations from Tuzla to Eindhoven and Dortmund are introduced at the webpage of Wizzair. There is no confirmation yet on flights timetable.
