plenum_tuzlaThe Plenum of the citizens of Tuzla Canton organized a meeting, where many citizens gathered, and presented the daily agenda with four points, of which the first one was a safety issue and the situation in other locations, and the expiration of the ultimatum that was set on 12 February.

At the first plenary meeting, citizens asked for an immediate amnesty of all participants at the protests in B&H. We want the freedom to go out and raise our voices, and that ultimatum will expire in 72 hours’’, said member of the Plenum and President of the Association ‘Velika Djeca’ Almir Arnaut.

He said he calls on all citizens to take to the streets today in Tuzla and to show through a peaceful march whether they want amnesty for their children.

‘’I call on all citizens today to peacefully walk through the streets of Tuzla to show whether they want someone to chase after their children. The Tuzla Canton Assembly knows their demands and is misinforming the public. They do not want to say that are the demands of the Plenum, and we will be on the streets because they did not respond’’, said Arnaut.

Many citizens attended the meeting from other municipalities and the diaspora, in order to support the Plenum, and stated that they would provide full support to the Plenum and that they are with the citizens of B&H.

The Plenum of the citizens of Tuzla Canton calls on all citizens to gather in front of the Tuzla Canton government building today at 13:00, after which they will peacefully walk through the streets of Tuzla to show the number of dissatisfied citizens.
