ski resortIn recent days, there is an idea of construction of a ski resort in Tuzla, which would, if the city authorities consider the initiative of the Association “Futurist”, which could be constructed on the hill Mlic, located in the village of Gornja Grabovica, according to rtv7.ba.

The initiator of this idea is Ivica Zizak, president of the Association for tourist development in B&H “Futurist”, which believes, on the basis of research, that hill Mlic is ideal for winter tourism in the city of salt.

“Ski resort Mlic would be primarily recreational ski resort for all ages and generations. Later, when all the necessary ski infrastructure is established, maybe it will be arranged for the younger ones,” added Zizak.

Ski track would go from the top of Mlic hill, descending by north – western slope, first through a forest corridor and then through the existing pastures, until Grabovicki stream and it would ended with the building of the former elementary school in Gornja Grabovica.

Local residents accepted the development of tourism and they are friendly towards these ideas, stated Zizak.
