Two Victims of the past War in BiH were identified today

Two victims of the past war were identified today in the Podrinje premises of the identification project in Tuzla. These are victims of Bosniak ethnicity, who disappeared in 1993 and 1995 in the area of Zvornik and Srebrenica.

Today, Sajet (Remzija) Hukic, born in 1976, was identified. He disappeared in Petkovci near Zvornik in 1995, and his remains were exhumed in 1998.

Today, the family confirmed the identity of Enver (Haso) Ibrahimovic, born in 1973. He disappeared in 1993 in Kragljivode near Srebrenica. His remains were found and exhumed at the site in November 2020.

The identity of the victims was first determined by the DNA method, and today the identity of their families has been confirmed, the Institute for Missing Persons of Bosnia and Herzegovina said.
