The President of the International Football Association (UEFA), Aleksander Čeferin, met with the Member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Željka Cvijanović.

After holding press activities at the Football Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Čeferin and his delegation headed to the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, where they were welcomed by the Chairperson of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Željka Cvijanović, advisors to the Member of the Presidency, Željko Komšić – Sandra Filipović and Zlatko Sabljić, and the Chief of Staff to the Member of the Presidency, Denis Bećirović, Alija Kožljak, and advisor Adis Deljković.

In addition to Čeferin and Zeljković, the reception was attended by UEFA Director of National Associations Zoran Laković, as well as Vice-Presidents of the NS/FS BiH Ivan Beus and Irfan Durić and Secretary General Adnan Džemidžić.

This meeting represents another step towards strengthening cooperation between UEFA, the Football Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina and state institutions, with the aim of improving the football infrastructure and quality of competition in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Čeferin: “Vico has my number, he can call 24 hours a day, we always help”

We remind you that the visit of the UEFA president was announced as of exceptional importance for Bosnian and Herzegovinan football, and at the same time it is a great support for the further work of our Federation led by President Vica Zeljković in implementing activities to implement joint infrastructure projects, both those that have already been implemented or are currently being implemented, and those that are planned in the future, it was stated from the umbrella body of Bosnian football.

The meetings will also discuss the upcoming projects of the Federation, with the aim of improving infrastructure, developing youth football and improving the working conditions of clubs and national teams.

Special emphasis will be placed on infrastructure projects from the UEFA Hat-Trick program that the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina plans to implement in the coming period, N1 writes.
