The Ambassador of the United States of America (USA) to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Michael Murphy, attended today in Sarajevo the send-off of the column with coffins containing the remains of 14 victims of the genocide in Srebrenica, who will find their final resting place in Potočari on July 11.
“Today in Sarajevo, together with the citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina and representatives of the international community, I paid tribute to the victims of the genocide in Srebrenica who will be buried this year. The United States of America continues to support all those in BiH who continue to search for loved ones lost in the genocide in Srebrenica and the war 1992-95,” Ambassador Murphy said on the occasion, the US Embassy announced on the X social network.
