Today, 7 June, Ambassador of the USA to BiH Patrick Moon will give diplomas for 110 students from six islamic religious high schools (Elči Ibrahim- pašina medresa Travnik, Gazi-Husrev begova medresa Sarajevo, Medresa Džemaluddin Čaušević Cazin, Medresa Osman ef. Redžović Veliko Čajno, Behram-begova medresa Tuzla i Karađoz-begova medresa Mostar) who successfully finished two years of Access program.
BiH Grand Mufti Husein Kavazović will participate at the ceremony, together with representatives of the PR Office of the US Embassy to BiH, managers of aforementioned schools, and the staff of the US Council of International Educations.
Access program was financed by US Department of State and this program offers student intensive study of English language using the American style of teaching with their teaching aides and active studying.
The program develops language skills and the opens possibilities of critical thinking. The program exists in BiH since 2004 and it is being implemented by the American Councils for International Education with the office in Sarajevo.
The official part of the ceremony will start at 3.30 p.m.
