US puts BiH on the List of Countries with a High Risk for Travel

The State Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in the USA put Bosnia and Herzegovina on the list of countries with a high risk for travel due to the sudden increase in the number of newly infected with the coronavirus.

In the new report published by the CDC, Bosnia and Herzegovina was placed on the list of three – the list of countries with a high risk for travel.

For this reason, they recommend that everyone, who has not been vaccinated, postpone their trip to Bosnia and Herzegovina, stressing that despite the vaccination, there is a possibility of infection.

The CDC also presented a series of recommendations for everyone who, despite the warnings, is planning to come to our country.

“Anyone two years of age or older should wear a mask properly indoors. If you have a weakened immune system or are at increased risk of serious illness, even if you’ve been vaccinated against the coronavirus, talk to your doctor about the risk and consider postponing your trip to Bosnia and Herzegovina”, says the CDC report.

They also recommend adherence to all epidemiological measures that are in force in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
