Vahid Halilhodzic, famous BH expert who was recently appointed as a coach of Japan national team, debuted with a victory at his new workplace.
Samurai won in a friendly match against Tunisia yesterday in front of their fans with the result of 2:0, so this debut match will stay in pleasant memory for Vahid Halilhodzic.
During the entire match, Japan was a better opponent, but they reached the victory by the end of the match. Until the 78th minute, result was 0:0m and then Okazaki scored for 1:0.
Four minutes later, Honda scored for 2:0, which was the final result.
The next match, Halilhodzic’s team will play on 31st March against Uzbekistan, also in Japan.
