Association “Kupujmo i koristimo domace (Buy and use domestic)” organized the Fair of small family businesses at the Square “Alija Izetbegovic” in Sarajevo, which gathers 40 exhibitors.
“We have 40 exhibitors who are mostly engaged in the production of medicinal herbs, honey, organic produce, preserves, textiles, handicrafts, jewelry … This is a mix of small family businesses from all over BiH and present to the citizens of Sarajevo what they are doing and how this was used to be produced traditionally, “said president of the Association” Buy and use domestic” Admir Kapo.
He recalled that this association organizes four fairs of small family businesses every year, two in spring and two in the autumn. In March and April are spring and in October and November are autumn fairs.
According to him, this is the last fair of small family businesses this year that aims to promote all those items that are prepared at home, according to old recipes. They are mostly organic, healthy products, without chemicals, additives, preservatives.
The fair started yesterday and will last until Saturday, the 19th of November, and the citizens will be able to visit it from 9 am – 4 pm.
