The world market is recording a huge increase in oil prices, which has also affected Bosnia and Herzegovina. Countries in the region have begun to adopt measures aimed at protecting consumers.

Meanwhile, the head of the SNSD parliamentary group in the Parliament of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Sanja Vulić, stated that the SNSD would not support the Proposal on Excise Taxes in Bosnia and Herzegovina, which, among other things, envisages the reduction or abolition of excise taxes on petroleum products, which should be before the state representatives as early as Monday.

Vulić added that this would be an instant solution that could lead to serious consequences for the financial stability of institutions and the functioning of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
