Water in Center of Maglaj is Pulled, all Endangered are Cared

maglajNumerous saviors helped today in evacuation of people and delivery of food, medicaments and other necessities for the ones who wanted to be displaced from their homes, was confirmed by the Water rescue relief services and by the Cantonal administration of civil protection of Zenica-Doboj canton.

The level of water in the flooded centre of the city this morning was around two and a half meters, and in afternoon the level fell for over one meter.

The special emphasis is put on the fact that in the action of saving numerous rafting clubs from the territory of whole country participated. Namely, members of police, Armed forces of B&H and Forest service, and all others who could take participation at that moment.

Doctors installed improvised hospital near the flooded part of Maglaj and many people who needed help could get it.
