Bosnians and Herzegovinians in the past few days are regularly tracking weather reports – they all want to know when cooler weather will replace this heat wave.
But there’s no end in sight. Or, at least, meteorologists say so. They’re announcing very high air temperatures after tomorrow’s brief relapse. As Nedim Sladic, an amateur meteorologist explained for N1, we can expect a longer period of cool weather after August 11th.
“Tomorrow evening, we’ll have cooler weather as a part of a moving front. There’ll be strong gusts of wind in Bosnia. Rain showers are also expected. At the north of Bosnia, localized storms are possible,” Sladic said.
“We can expect a long period of cool weather only after August 11th and that’ll definitely be the end of this so-called Lucifer’s Heat. These next few days will be without many large changes. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday will be stable and hot. We can expect a large cool on Friday,” he emphasized.
Meteorologists from the Federal Hydrometeorological Institute have announced sunny and hot weather with few clouds. During the afternoon and evening hours, there will be rain, shower, and thunder in the larger part of Bosnia. Rain is expected in the east and northeast of Herzegovina in the afternoon hours.
