Which important Conclusions were made at the most recent Session of CoM BiH?

The Council of Ministers of BiH adopted individual decisions on allocating 460, 000 BAM from the current budget reserves to the Border Police of BiH, the Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies of BiH and the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) for traveling, accommodation and other needs of police officers who are additionally engaged on the control of state borders with the aim of combating illegal migrations.

Moreover, the Council of Ministers of BiH established the Proposal Agreement of Grant Funds for Development Goals between the United States of America through the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and BiH through the Agency for Public Procurement of BiH for the development goal of fighting corruption.

This is 8 million USD worth grant, which USAID is planning to direct on improvement of the capacity of the Agency for Public Procurement of BiH in order to conduct more transparent public procurement procedures. These funds will be directed on strengthening of crucial processes for preventing corruption in institutions and the increase of supervision and conducting anti-corruption activities in our country.

The proposal of the agreement will be submitted to the Presidency of BiH on further procedure, and for BH signatory was proposed the Minister of Finance and Treasury.
