received_1734638056772871Every year, the clubs that are participating in the Champions League have to submit a list of players and the languages that they speak to UEFA, for the timely organization of interviews and press conferences.
The list that Roma submitted at the beginning of the season appeared on social media. The list shows that some players only speak the language of their country of origin, while some others are polyglots.

The absolute record holder in language skills in team of Roma is Bosnian international player Miralem Pjanic who speaks Bosnian, French, English, German and Italian.

On the second place in Roma is Radja Nainggolan, who speaks 4 languages: Dutch, English, Italian and French.
Captain of BiH national football team Edin Dzeko, who also plays for Roma, in communication with the media for matches of the Champions League speaks in Bosnian and English language.

Interestingly, the captain of Roma Francesco Totti speaks only Italian language although he played with Roma in European competitions several times during his career.
