The product poses chemical risk because it contains 3.65 % of phthalate, 2.71 % of diisononyl phthalate and 0.26 % of dioctyl phthalate, which is not in accordance with the Decision on the Restriction of Placing Toys and Childcare Articles Containing Phthalates on the Market (“The Official Gazette of BiH” No. 04/10).

Competent inspections imposed measures of withdrawal from the market and destruction of unsafe toys “Cartoon Elsa”, whose manufacturer is Ocean Link Ltd., China, and the importer Brog Ltd. Banja Luka.

It is recommended for consumers who have already purchased this product to stop using it. Otherwise, children’s doll Elsa comes from Disney’s musical “Frozen”, which was chosen for the best animated film, and actors of the film have become globally popular among children.
